July 4th marks the 24th anniversary of HTG’s establishment – a proud journey built on continuous effort, constant innovation and the strong trust of our employees, clients, and partners. Passing nearly a quarter of a century, every achievement HTG celebrates today reflects not only our business growth but also the core values we have built with integrity, responsibility, and the desire to rise higher.
To mark this special milestone, HTG hosted an intimate birthday celebration right at our office and project management sites. In a warm and joyful atmosphere, team members looked back on the journey so far, shared their pride in what we have achieved and gained fresh motivation for the road ahead.
The most meaningful highlight of the anniversary was an open letter from CEO Nguyen Thanh Phuong to all HTG and SEG employees. More than just a greeting, the letter expressed deep appreciation and gratitude to every individual – those who have directly shaped the stature of HTG.
From the site managers, supervisors, engineers and workers working hard on sunny and windy construction sites, to the back-office teams supporting quietly behind the scenes, everyone is a vital link and an irreplaceable piece in our 24-year growth story.
Through this, CEO expressed their hope that the HTG team will continue to maintain their responsibility and integrity at work to conquer new heights together.
Along with these encouraging words, HTG’s Board of Directors also gifted lucky money envelopes to all employees as a practical thank-you for their dedication and hard work. The bright smiles, best wishes and warm gathering moments have further strengthened the solidarity within the HTG family.
