HTG is proud to accompany the BATI LOGISTIC Ho Chi Minh Project, Phase 2.

On October 8, 2024, HTG Engineering and Trading Joint Stock Company, as the MEP contractor, together with the investor, Bati Ho Chi Minh Co., Ltd., the consulting unit Bureau Veritas Vietnam Co., Ltd., and the construction contractor CBC Construction Joint Stock Company, solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Bati Logistic Ho Chi Minh Project Phase 2 at Vsip II Industrial Park.

With a scale of 16,000 m², Phase 2 of the Bati Logistic project promises to be one of the most modern logistics centers in Vietnam. Notably, the pursuit of the LEED Gold certification affirms the investor’s commitment to sustainable development.

As the official MEP contractor for the project, HTG will be responsible for providing and installing the entire mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including: air conditioning systems, lighting systems, water supply and drainage systems, fire protection systems, and other auxiliary systems.

With many years of experience in designing and implementing MEP systems, HTG is committed to meeting all project requirements, aiming for the LEED Gold certification.
