Recently, the family of Mr. Lê Trúc Linh — an employee of the company — suffered a serious misfortune when their only home was unfortunately destroyed by a fire. The blaze damaged almost the entire house and the family’s belongings, directly affecting the daily life and living conditions of the whole family.

As soon as the news was received, the Trade Union Executive Committee and the company’s Board of Directors promptly visited, offered sympathy and encouragement, and called on all officers and employees to lend a hand. In just a short time, the spirit of mutual support — “the whole protecting the broken” — spread strongly throughout the company.

“In times of hardship, the timely sharing of the whole collective is a precious source of encouragement, giving strength for Mr. Linh’s family to soon overcome this challenging period.”

In the spirit of mutual affection and solidarity, support was quickly drawn from the Trade Union fund, the company’s hardship-relief fund, the Board of Directors, fellow colleagues, and partners. Although each contribution was small, together they became a very meaningful and practical form of assistance for the family.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Trade Union, company representatives came in person to hand the support directly to the family, while also extending warm regards and expressing the hope that Mr. Linh and his family would soon stabilise their lives.

Deeply moved by the care of his colleagues, Mr. Lê Trúc Linh expressed his sincere thanks to the Board of Directors, the Trade Union, and all his co-workers — those who stood by him in time, giving his family the motivation to remain steadfast and overcome this difficult period.

The event once again shows that the spirit of solidarity and sharing is always preserved and spread within a strong team. It is not only material support, but also a solid spiritual anchor, so that everyone can feel secure, stay committed, and grow together.
